Mini West-End meet - Sunday August 4th, 5pm

A suggestion was raised to have a mini-meet in the west end prior to the fee hike so the west enders who can't make it to the normal meets can join without having to pay double a week later.

I'm thinking Sunday August 4, 5pm at the Tim Horton's parking lot in sauga i was talking about a little while back.. sam knows about it... 4th light east of Dixie along Eglinton Avenue... on the south east corner... there's a plaza right beside it. We'll also use this mini-meet to scope out the area, and see if it'll be ok for a regular meet.

It's right in the middle - Rakety Crt. and Eglinton Ave.

Hey jugglez, isn't that place near the Planet Bowl and Tims or something like that? It looks like the area, I would probably come to this meet, since it is a lot closer to me :P

Hey Jugglez ,

Location is right by my work , Large open parking area , Timmies basically dead late at night. Location is monitored by Metro.
Should be quiet location for us to meet as long as evryone plays nice. I have never had any problems with local police in this area as of yet

if your scoping out spots for our regular meets, check out the timmies at 401 & weston rd. I've seen clubs meet there on the weekend. 5 0 sometimes comes buy, but doesn't bother anyone.

That location:
1. is right off the 401
2. has a Mcdick's / subway / mr sub/gas stations/ coin op car wash ( for anyone that wants a quick clean before a meet)

a huge parking lot for canadian tire / future shop / lcbo

Like I said I've seen Bike clubs meet there, off road clubs etc.

never seen any problems with the cops there. if they are there, they're usually off in another lot enjoying the usual donut & coffee

Check it out

Can only members attend?

I'm supposed to be at a meet with ClubReX that day so I was thinking of stopping by for a lil bit on my way home, since I'll be in the area.
If thats ok that is.
