Its impossible to repair, the LED's are burned from a STRAIGHT 12V DC from the car. I have to redo the whole thing, on Monday "Sir... can I have 20 LED's?" "For WHat?" "I blew up my home-made project (hands the damaged one)"

I tried it on 9VDC Battery (it was a dead one) and no need for resistor.

Oh well you live and learn. Whats 20 leds cost anyways if you had to buy them, like $2?

Its not the cost, hell I'll just steal them from class its the 4 hours I spent, soldering, drilling, stripping wires. Oh well, never put 10 LEDS in parallel in a live 12VDC without a resistor.

Hopefully it will light up the legroom dimly at night, its red, don't want the police attention. I use to have 2 cold cathode tubes but it broke, damn those were bright.
