I followed the guide on that site for taking apart 6th gen head lights, and it worked the same, only I had to have my lights in for about twice as long in the oven.

So far no condensation. I use alot of silicone, so it should be ok.

This is a fairly easy mod, just time consuming. Here are mine...

Yeh yours look good 1.8hb. Did you use flat black or shiny?

I used tremclad flat black, and it sorta turned out dark dark grey, I donno if there as nice as if i would have used shiny.

You should have used shinny. Flat black is a good colour for external things such as lips, wheels, etc. but since the headlight is covered by our 5th gen rippled up glass headlight the black is barely noticable so you would usually want to go with shiny black. I think i posted in your thread on CSI to use enamel gloss paint.

Well since you are having somce condensation going on, whenever you get time just pry the headlights open again and repeat the process. Also it's important that you remove as much as possible from the "glue" that holds the headlights in place. I know it's difficult but you have to do it, i was scrubbing each headlight for a good half an hour to get them as clean as possible for better hold when i put them back.
