I got a 99 civic si, I need a roof rack to put a 100-150lbs canoe on top of it..
Where could I get that rack and would it be able to support that weight?

Try Thule or yamaka( i think). I wouldn't suggest walmart no-names.

Try Hitch City in Scarborough. Probably the cheapest place to find one. They've got one for about 200-250 but, you'll need to order it. They don't keep non popular applications in stock. I was told the Thule rack will hold 100-150 pounds no problem but, don't know if your roof itself is rated for that kind of weight but, give em a call.

The other place to try is a place called "Rack Attack". Their racks a a little more expensive but, they have stock and they do custom installs depending on the amount of weight you plan to put up there. Give Dave a call - kinda a british/english accented dude...he's cool.
