Looking at new rims, will these fit

Hey

I have a 2001 Civic LX and looking at picking up a set of new rims to replace the stock ones for the summer. Car is not lowered and does not have any body mods. Was looking and found this set of rims in the classifieds, I'm wondering if they will fit properly without rubbing.

Here are the specs:
17"x7, 4x100/4x114.3, 40mm offset

Thanks for looking

17" rims on a non lowered pre 7th gen civic looks odd...bottom line...but if you like the way it looks then cool

Please slam the **** out of it. I got 15's and can't wait to slam it, I HATE the wheel gap.

Thanks for all of your input, I have been looking at pics of other ppls rides, I agree it does look a little off with the huge gap, so Ill probably be looking at dropping it an inch or two, not sure yet. I just dont want the tires to rub.

thanks all
