I haven't seen details of sales yet, but I'm gonna guess that most of em are leases, and after that 4yr or 80k, we'll get trade ins.. we have tons of used cars on our lot
are there any 02-03 a4 1.8t or 3.0 v6 on the lot with a good price that has a good history and all the recalls being done?

i'm also possibly thinking of trading in my lude for an a4 1.8t and finance the remainder hahahaha

the lude is a sweet car, but it is for sure the most costly car to maintain of all honda, for that cost, i can try something euro...

However from being on the VW boards, and knowing people with Mk4's, I know that the newer ones do have alot more problems.

What do you have to do to get a job as a car salesman? I was always interested in that.
you need your OMVIC, which is basically your license to sell cars... something like $175 to get that, and it's good for two years... they'll send you a package and you study it on your own (it's mostly laws etc... nothing really about HOW to sell cars), and then you apply to dealerships once you get it... it's better to get it b4 you apply since it's a requirement... having sales background in ANYTHING is bonus... or "dealership" experience... I had a little bit of both, a kick *** resume, and I guess presented myself in a professional manner... it's not easy to get into a manufacturer such as Audi with no CAR sales exp...

I can check for ya.. the sales manager wants me to concentrate primarily on new cars for the first few months.. but if there's a used car on the lot that a friend wants then I'm sure I can hook em up... I know we have a ton of a4's on the lot within that range too... as far as price/history/recalls, I dunno.... 90% of em are trade in leases I'm pretty sure, and so all the maintenance has been taken care of...

lol.. thanks to yoU?? why don't YOU come in and buy and RS4 then? ... well when you and your dad are ready lemme know I'll set an appointment up... although I don't see any RS4's on the lot, and I don't think we'd order one unless someone was DEAD SERIOUS on getting it...

how much is a 02-03 1.8T A4 going for USED, not the lowest KMs, but something decent like about 20k annual would be decent... so i say about 75000-100000km consider a 4ish year car.

and how much do you think a trade-in value for a 98 lude SH would go for? you can PM me if this needs to go private. (i'm just looking for a rough estimate) because i know i might be better off selling my car privately and part out the upgrades i have.

lemme bookmark this thread and keep that in mind... I wouldn't suggest trade in... cuz you'll never get the best value for your car... I'll have to get prices on the used cars and check for ya
