Lease Questions Please Help

just curious....i have a leased vehicle...2002 civic..and i have done quite a bit of work to it externally...initially i did not want to mod my car at all....but..i know i don't have to explain to you guys..what happens once the bug bites....but now...i want to move into something different....something with speed..and looks where i don't have to really do anything...so my girlfriend and i ..are planning on getting a G35 coupe...

since my car is modded...

is there any way for me to get rid of this car since it is under lease and i have completey changed the car....if there is no way of getting rid of it...i will keep the car anyways...just wondering if there was a way out.....

this is what it used to look like when i got it in feb 02'

sell out for what you have into it and see if you can get someone to take over the lease payments (assume the balance)..
they'll have to be okayed thru Honda of course, but that's not too hard to do.. :D

Shyt Marc..never thought i'd see the day..

How do people get themselves in this situation...

1)Well i would contact your dealer and find out if you have a buy out option, and find out what it would cost for you to buy out of your lease and thus own the car, that would allow you to sell it.

2)Your dealer maybe cool and take it back with all the mods... but you would still be hit with a penalty for breaking your lease.

3)Find someone to take over the lease, and transfer the lease to them.

4) worse case scenario contact Lease Busters but be prepared to take it up the ass

Do this:
1) Find a buyer for your car
2) Buy it out from Honda, then if you buy it you don't have to pay for safety and other checks
3) Car is gone out of your hands then you can get your Canadian Skyline (G35) Yeaaaaa

i know i know..lol...but like i said if it ain't possible..we will end up keeping it and sell her car..which is a 98 bone stock civic SI which is white...oh well..thanks for the help guys ..much appreciated...

Another idea, is to go to the infiniti dealership, get them to go through the process of looking at the G35, and tell them your situation, those sales guys always know stuff.
