i think u have a leak.
put the car on a hoist
and look at the gas lines they run on the drivers side.

one day they are fine and the next day the leak like a ****...like jay said check the lines coming from the tank sender which come down along the driverside under carriage...there is a plastic panel and thats where all the mess usually is...return lines, filler neck, sending lines etc...all those are prone to leaking and usually if there is a leak that plastic piece is soaked and coverd with road grime and gasoline...if it turns out there is a leak take it back where it was certified or contact the seller if he sold it certified
