it's been a while since i took any pics, sooo...
 

Today i finally got off my ass after work and spent the entire evening washing, clay baring, and waxing the car...

then i had a beer and watched the basketball game, and then went to take some pics after the Spurs KICKED SOME DETROIT ASS!!!!!!! :thumbup:...

anyways, I haven't taken any pics of the car in a while since i did a few things to it, so i figured better now than never, i have a good idea of a cool place to take some pics tommorow, so if that works out i'll post those up in this thread too... i took a bunch more but i really need a tripod for night shots cuz they always turn out like ASS, so i only bothered uploading the few that turned out decent...

no not yet, i'm still debating, i like the look but i donno if it'll make the front of my car too dark... :S

but if i do paint them, i'm definatley going to paint them the way you did...

CF hood? Painted? Vinyl? looks nice,

i personally would very lightly smoke the 99-00 clear section of the tails abit...looks tooo silvery as compared to the front.

dont' smoke the tail lights, get a carbon fiber trunk instead :evil:

or at least a carbon fiber license plate garnish

Are those Volks? A friend of mine has gunmetal volks which look like your rims.

- the racoon exactly what i'm afraid of...

- i got them from some guy on the boards who had 4 sets and was looking to move them ASAP... but I have to trouble shoot them, they haven't worked since last summer... the relay just buzzes and i've exchanged it twice... :mad:

- Hood is not painted or vinyled it is CF

- my truck does have some rust on it that i covered up, but a CF trunk would definatley get rid of that problem... :evil: if they only weren't so F****** expensive... :( I don't wanan smoke the 99-00 lights lol cuz i paid so much for them, plus i like the oem look... if i wasn't lazy i'd put amber bulbs in my headlights again to replace the 'hyperwhites' but that involves taking your bumper off... which with the time i have free these days means i'd have to do it late at night... :yawn:

- I'll be out to a meet soon this wed was the first week i didn't work since god knows when, but I've worked like the last twenty something days in a row so it was nice just to stay at home and be lazy....

- no they're not volks, they're ADR's... but maybe they're rip off volks... i wouldn't complain! hahaha

never knew the 99-00 headlamps can fit on a 96-98. did you have to modify anything?

lol.......have u seen some of the porcshe? or the VW? hmm i think some AMG mercedes have that look too.... where they have a VERY slight tint on their clears? it looks reallly nice

we're talking about the tails, the 99-00 headlights CAN'T fit unless you change the whole front end... (hood, bumper, both fenders... waay too much work :()

I donno it's not my taste... maybe i'll photosohp it... maybe after i get a CF trunk....
