Installing mods.... anyone?

Anyway. I'm a complete n00b. And mechanics will charge an awful lot of money to install mods.

Anyone here nice enough to do it for me? Obviously asking to do it for free is too much, but my friend's RSX club does it for a few beers.

Wachu guys think? Can we come to a good conclusion? I mean... I'm just asking, not demanding obviously

Things thinking of installing... CAI, coilvers.

CAI...easy enough man...read up on it on the Net. . even on this fourm board. . .but if ur not confident..u can always get someone else to do it. . .but it's always good to do it urself...get to familiarize urself with stuff.......

coilovers i'm sure loudsubz on this board could help u out for some money. . PM him..and he'll be more then willing i think..and will show u as he goes what he'z doing. . .

Unless you get the V2, the CAi is really easy. For the CAI V2, you have to remove a gearbox mount, for the GS-R atleast thats true.

Then take the mount apart and bult a custom frankenstein mount with parts supplied. If you dont have knowledge or the tools, it can be a serious pain in the ***. I can do the CAI V2 for you for 40 bucks. If its not the V2, figure out how to do it yourself, or post and im sure some of us will repond.

Woaw, you guys are a nice crowd Thanks.

It's all for my friend really. Not my car, just checking it out for him. No coilovers, he wont be able to afford decent rubber to make use if the lowered center of grav./mass anyway.

The CAI I can take the offer up though! I will get back to you guys, thanks
