I want to buy a 1996 Honda civic HB for about 7200

I want to buy a 1996 Honda civic HB for about 7200

Is this realistic I just want the body the engine is going to go in about a year so anything from 150-170. Is this realistic ?

if it has high km's and it's a writeoff then maybe. but i bought my 96hb in the cheapest model they make cx in the least popular colour green and i paid 86oo. 120 km's no rust one burn hole and a couple of little bumps.

so a 97 for 7200 sounds a bit like

I tend to agree with the other two above posts...

A few of us have paid almost $7000.00 for our 1992 Civic hatchbacks...

To get a 96+ HB, in decent enough shape that you would WANT to purchase it is gonna cost you upwards of $9000-$10,000

Yeah.. it's not impossible.. just not likely.. Hey... you never know, but If you do find one for around that price.. I would strongly suggest you get a good autobody repair tech to take a look at it..
I saw a 96 selling for about $6000 back in the fall, but it had been in an accident.

its reasonable...i've seen a couple of silver 96 hatches on autotrader in the last month...one only had 85k on it 9was driven by an older lady)....so keep lookin...u'll find one

on the auto trader theres a h/b 96, Black, Standard, new tires,clean car, e-tested, 170,000 hwy kms,Call (416)574-0187
asking price is $5,500

yeah i bought mine for about $9000 it's a 96 about two yrs ago.......it was a good deal, the only thing it has r two indents above the doors looks like a baseballl bat hit it! well not that extreme it looks like the bike rack was put on top and left the dents there

when i seen it the next day i wen to buy it i was sooo happy! then the fun began learning how to drive manual hahahahahahahhahaha hae u ever seen a civic jump so high???
