I smell sourkraut!

This joker with the BMW... who buys a 533, but has a handle that says he loves M5. So.... he can't afford an M5, but he comes to rag on us. I think a lot of us can afford more expensive cars, but like the feel of the Civic. I like the go-cart like ride that the Civic gives with it's sexy double wishbone susp when lowered just right. This is not a thread flaming the bmwm5lover, but rather I wanna know who else can afford a more expensive car, but chose the Honda for reliability, quality, aftermarket support, and insurance costs. FYI...when I bought my car in 1998, between insurance and car payments, I was dishing out 8 bills a month, so I could have easily leased a BMW... but I didn't. Then a year later my parents bought a $25K VW for me, and I turned that down too (my dad drives it now). I simply like the Civic.

Bruno, I dont know the theory behind it either? I know most civic guys dont go rag on bimmer boards, btu why does this guy choose to? If he thinks civics are so bad why cant he just leave us alone, and we figure out ourselves that hondas are garbage

It really takes someone with no life, and nothing better to do than do this.

Its happened enough but I dont know why it continues to?

I could've afforded a more expensive car then my civic but i also loved the whole soupin up cars thing. And since most luxury cars or expensive cars dont have too much aftermarket support i decided to go with a civic. And even if it did have aftermarket support i didnt wanna end up hunting things down nor go and export things from other countries and import it here only to find out that i need a certified professional to install a light bulb in my car.
besides with my civic i am not afraid a single bit to even rip apart the block cuz i kno its not gonna be an arm and a leg to fix it again if i screw up.
But initial cars that i was looking into where:
Audi a4
Gs400
bmw 3 series
acura tl
and i wasnt lookin at brand new either pre-owned is the way to go

This Bmwm5lover, is obviously some young kid who doesn't know any better. Let me elaborate alittle.... You see he's prob. driving his daddy's bmw! Why? You see if he had a very well paying job justifing a bmw, that would mean that you would have to be mature, respectfull and would have more brains and maturity than to log onto a Honda site just to bash and not for the automotive enthusism. Right! Since he hasn't desplayed any of the above leads me to my conclusion! LOL.
