Why? Alot more money and it still wasn't as fast as the Si. The loaded Cooper we are getting is still cheaper then the base S. We both agreed the ton of extra options we got was more then worth the slight sacrifice in performance. She didn't really use the Si to it's full potential anyway, so a slower car isn't that big of a deal to her. Besides, we will have my Si for a little while longer if she needs to feel some VTEC.

Happy for you guys. Nothing made me happier than to get a car for my wife and exactly what she wanted and a great deal. That's what she wanted!

nice! we want our next car to be a cooper as well. but we'll have to reassess that idea in a few years.
