How much would you spend on a 1999 Si-G?

10K would be a good price... if you're the seller, maybe set 1-2 g higher so you give room to buyer to negotiate and then your bottomline would still be met... if you're the buyer.. anywhere in 9-10 k would make it a strong deal (for that kind of mileage) + check if you can get any maintenance records as well.... if those can be provided, at 10k, it would be a great deal.....
if you can pull it below 9k... you're one lucky guy...
check the autotrader, or ask for the vin, get the book value... nothing is more accurate than that...

around 7-8 grand if its 100 percent clean title and no accidents etc...
normally i would just get a salvage title car for 2 grand throw in a motor for 500 bucks and call it a day. same mint condition same everything except it is branded salvage cuz of a theft.
