how long can a civic run on 3 cylinders?

how long can a civic run on 3 cylinders?

shopping for a new motor and need the car to get around until motor is replaced
any ideas?

you'll ruin your catalyst plus pollute the **** out of the environment.

But it'll run for a while until the cat melts and the particles get sucked back into the engine and ruin your engine.

My buddy has been racing and daily-ing on his K20Z1 with 3 cylinders (well 3.2 to be exact, lol) for over a year. Still pulls like a ****, lol. He has to change his oil very often though.
