Especially for parking @hole shoulder-runners while they wait for their traffic tickets and HTA172 tow and impound.

where are you going to? where from?

you have to ask a local. certain roads get very very congested during certain times. they are like choke points. most roads have work arounds though. that's why you have to say where you're trying to go.

otherwise, you'll get generic answers.

honestly tho...its not worth it to ride a motorcycle in the city, place just isn't friendly to bikes...

its like this...2 lanes, 1 lane with moving traffic, 1 lane with parked cars, if you try to squeeze in with a bike, ppl try to clobber you...

Europe, now that would be a place to get a bike!!

^yup public transit would help alot.
take your car to a subway station, then take subway/bus to where ever you ought to go.

that makes sense, yea...esp if you don't live in "bussable" range

but now even metro pass users have to pay for parking...that sux....

Yeah but then you're in the boonies

Honestly if you don't have to drive to work through rush hour area, you're set.

I live in the west end of Toronto, but I work in Sauga/Brampton.. never any traffic going to work or coming home, ijt's going the opposite way. If I worked downtown itw ould be a huge pain.

other than that just avoid the rush hour times (8 - 10, 4 - 6).

Best way to seriously avoid GTA traffic is off hours.

However, Lakeshore has seemed to work well getting into Toronto (heading east)..
Or Queen (or was it King) heading west to get out at times...

Overall, the Gardner is a complete disaster at most times.
