14" wheels with the nicer hub caps

only the Si hatchs had the 4 wheel disk brakes though... the Si coupes had rear drums

well all 5th gens other then the Si hatch have rear drums... the best way is to look for a power sunroof... and look at the engine code... if its D16Z6 your on the money... there other little things within the engine bay you could look for but they to complicated to explain....

the Si will for sure have a tact, and the redline will start at 7200... and fuel cut off is 7500 rpms

the suspension design on 5th gens make them better for racing... i'll find a site i had that showed all the curb weights of cars.... 5th gen Si hatch is like 2325 lbs... and a crx Si is like 2274.... its only 50 lbs... most people think there 4th gens are so light but they really aren't.... the only reason the 5th gens are heavier is cause they have more features like a/c, power steering etc etc.... strip a 5th gen hatch down and its hard to beat....

Hihi Rick! Can you please tell me what makes the 5gen the best for racing?? (I am just curious to know ^^) eg. is it because of their suspension? their shocks??? Thanks!

ummm its a long story which i dont really want to explain.. but basically on the 4th gen... the rear suspension is a 3 point design.... and on the 5th gens its a 4 point.... so basically on a 4th gen you have a triangle of balance... while the 5th gens have a square which is more stable.... theres a lot more to it but thats basically it....

the 6th gens do have a 5 point suspension but the chassis start getting porky in there age

but basically the springs and shocks are the same design throughout the years.... just spring rates that changed... and different bound and rebound within the factory shocks

Rick if the 4th gens have a three point and the 5th's a four, then why can you swap the trialing arms of a 5th to a 4th?
