If something happens and you organized it you are potentially liable. Like having a pool party at your home and some drunk breaks his neck diving into the water.

waterfest is big time heatscore, all night long the "dubbers" sit and do burnouts in the hotel parking lot, or other various places, i have seen alot of the videos from the times my brothers been there
