What kind of a stupid trend is this? People seriously have too much time on their hands.

Wow while some normal people are trying to stay away from rust, some actually do it on purpose. Wtf it looks bad. Its obvious to everybody that its done purposly since the car looks good other than the hood but wow, would never get me to do that.

supposedly this thing is a homeage to rat rods and vw people have been doing it for years.

Here's someone with a nice e36 bmw who wanted to try it on his spare hood

it may not be your taste, but doesn't mean its stupid or gay

look at all the trends that we have seen over the years, and at one point they were cool and then they were not.

Somone could be rocking altezzas and calling rusty hoods gay, so go figure.
