Honda civic eg heater fan works only in high setting

wondering if anyone can help me out

You need a blower motor resistor.

guaranteed that its the blower motor resistor.

The reason it only works on high is because the resistor is shot and isn't "resisting" the current down to work for the lower fan speeds.

Its a pretty cheap and easy fix.
