hmm...... dunno then bud
only thing i can think of is that your car was damaged when it arrived at the dealership, and then teh dealership sent it out for bodyshop repairs.....
at ready honda........the only time new vehicles are driven off the lot is....
- going to the body shop
- going to and from storage compounds
- dealertrades
- gas station
57 km seems a lil high to me........ but not anything out of the ordinary
good luck with your car

it's not even the 57kms that bothers me anymore.. this whole principal where they are screwing me over..
that's all.. like they say they'll "take care of me".. well I don't feel that way, it feels more like a big corporation bullying me around...
thanks for the support

I feel sorry for your situation, and the cold truth is that, a lot of cooperations will step on customers like a piece of dirt, or charge them extras and even lie about a few things.
Because you are alone, and they have a whole team behind them. It is a tough fight, but if you believe you are not responsible for it, then you should go all the way.
My personal + family experience (cause we have 3 Hondas at home), North Markham Honda is a great dealership, good sales and good team, but the service department seems to run in La La Land. They have no body shop so they send all vehicles that require body work to Morningside Mazda for it. One customer had to repair a windshield (a simple windshield) and it took the dealership 22 DAYS to get the car fixed.
You can soup up your car, swap engine, repaint and basically build a car in 22 days. But it took them 22 days to fix a windshield. My father had his car checked for 72000 at Sisley Honda, but because my buddy works at North Markham Honda as a manager, he took the car there for a simple oil change and guess what, it came out charging my dad close to 500 bucks because they said "you didn't do a 72000 Type 3 serivce" or some jack like that. My dad was like, huh? Go check with Sisley and ask for a record you dumbass. I mean, all the fluids were clean and new, filled up to your freaking eyeballs and they told my dad "eerr... sir, you didn't do your service..."

this is my own opinion and i think that SiR_YO is not taking it to the level where he can make a change.
i think you go in the dealership. be loud be straight. be pissed off. speak not to the ******* SALES person that sold you the car but to management and i don't mean the assistant manager or the receptionist i mean the MANAGER of the dealership.
i think you need to do all what i have said before you get yourself a new car. if you don't wanna be loud then i'm afraid you will be stuck with what you have right now. the reason why they are bullying you is coz you are little not phsyically as i do not know you but in mind compared to their firm. you need to make your self look like your not gonna take ****. not be like oh really. 57 kms around so no flat...no way...you gotto be like..."this is not my first brand new car. none of the cars we have owned have this many kilometers. none of them treat me like honda did so i feel that your service is ****..yes i said ****!!! if you are not willing to help me get my car fixed i do not mind wasting more time fighting this case as i have already invested enough time and MONEY. i feel that if i paid you large sum for a brand new car then that is what i should get. not some trash.
so are you willing to cooperate with me or must i take this a step further?"
then see what they say.
trust me i'm brown and i know .. i have always got what i paid for in a car even if it means brand new floor mats for a used car which ofcourse i did get in teh deal.
hope that helps.

ended up paying for the part at cost.. and my mechanic installed it for no charge.. I just lost my patience, and couldn't wait any longer, cuz I had my springs/shocks/rims all in and ready to be put on at that time, and they seemed content on dicking me around.. so I just bit the bullet (unfortunately) cuz I just couldn't just sit there and wait any longer... I've definitely given that dealership a bad rep since then though..

Holy long thread.
A word of caution on painting "lemon" on your car and parking it infront of the dealership at rush hour: You could get sued. I remember we talked about it in my law class and some guy did it years ago and he got nailed BIG TIME.
Anyway, good luck man. I would try a different dealership though.
