HIDs

for my 99 civic I believe I need a h4 HID kit..
and ome shop wants to sell me halogen/hid
halogen is for the daytime and hid is for the nighttime?
also the halogen will be for high beam.

Or should I try to get a full hid lo/hi 8000k?
Thanks.

I got the same kit.. the 6000k HID are only lows.. rest is halogen.
Could I simply change the bulbs for a FULL HID 8000k setup?
