It is absolutely worth it......that is of course if the car is in perfect or near perfect condition. i wouldn't bother converting on the car you mentioned above.

I don't think its worth it at all.... especially if u wanan do a manual trans swap... also pics (i'm guessing ) is what you've been looking at for the car.... alot of things can be hidden in pics, and you don't want to waste a trip going down and discover somethings they didn't tell you.

Cars are best bought locally or in a range where you can take a loook, if not experienced, have someone who knows their **** to take a look for you , test drive?

Alot of those parts aren't worth more then $200 dollars max minus the cf hood.... so its not that great of a deal (just saves you on headaches and labor but that comes with cars)... and the fun of modding cars is doing it your self, your way

dont' rush into buying a car, cause alot of mistakes happen when that occurs, i rushed buying mine only cause i needed one for other purposes and i regret having a ****ty engine now....
anyways good luck but take some time to do some research....

check out the ttc fs boards, lots of nice cars and some good deals.. i'm almost 100% sure i could find something hotter and faster in the for sale boards then the one you listed IMO

Converting auto to Manual... Im actualy doing that same project over the winter.

Its really depends on parts and things u gotta do on what kinda engine youre sticking in... are u just swapping trannies? or are you doing an entire engine swap?

Just swapping trannies - Your gonna need a Console, Boot, Linkage, Pedal Assembly, Master cylinder, Slave Clinder, Lines.
Youre gonna have to find the Neutral Safety switch wire and contect it permentatly.. or else you wont be able to start/shut off your car. You can use the stock automatic ECU but your Check Engine light will stay on.

Full engine swap - Engine, Tranny, ECU, Linkage, Console, Boot, Harnesses, Halfshafts, Mounts, Master Cylinder, Slave Cylinder, Lines, Pedal Assembly, And anything else i forgot.
