HELP!!! my car is broken!

So i have a 97 ek hatch swapped with a B16a2 chipped to OBD1. i recently got my headers and exhaust put in but something awful happened a few days later. i pressed my clutch and half of the resistance thats usually there was gone. but the clutch is still engaging because i can turn my car on, but its really difficult getting into gears while the car is cold. after it warms up for a bit i find the resisitance in the clutch pedal starts going back to normal. does Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

try bleeding your clutch, otherwise you need a new pressure plate/clutch.

Why would it be the pressure/plate clutch even after bleeding the clutch?

What if the clutch master or slave (most likely) has gone bad?

To the OP. What colour is the fluid in your clutch master cylinder reservoir?

How many km's on the swapped tranny? How many km's on the car? Was the clutch done on it when it was swapped?

Is there any fluid leaking on the ground?
