Exclamation !!HELP!! Headlight reminder

Hi everyone Ive got a problem with my 95 cx hatch, when I forget to turn my headlights off the car does not make and type of sound to remind me Ive left them on.
Is this normal for the cx model if not, what might the problem be.
Thanks for your help

Its annoying but luckily Ive noticed it. I guess its not that big of a problem I just want everything running/working right. This is my first Honda and to stay on top of things would be ideal.
soooo anybody got an idea?

Once had the same problem here. Pulled off the dash underneath the steering wheel to install the stereo and surprise!!...There was an alarm already installed. New fuse, new remote...works....maybe you have one hiding under there.

Solution...Get an alarm. Mine chirps when i leave the lights on.

You can add a buzzer. Get a 12 v piezo buzzer from the source or some electronic sypply place. Go to you fuse box, find a headlight or tail light fuse and pull it, put on end of the wire into the slot and put the fuse back in. Find you rear defroster fuse and do the same. Turn your lights on and see if it works, if not check you wire connections.

not all cars beep when you leave you lights on, plus it's a civic.
