the "boat" was a 90 caprice classic, that was my friend, we were out on a cruise, i wasnt reving, my cars ****ed and will rev up and down by itself when its warm, (havent figured out whats wrong yet, sometimes if i rev it, it stops for a few seconds) but i was in no way racing, i just drive with a heavy foot. after the whole incident, my buddys like, u werent givin it were u? i heard u short shifting it. and hes right, i was short shifting it because i wasnt racing, everyday when i'm driving i always take off quick and let it rev to 4500, i just love the way my car sounds, is there a crime against that?
