its just as bad as racial profiling.... if you make it to court with this complaint ask the cop if you'd have been pulled over if you drove a tempo.... its so rediculous.... murders walk free while civic owners get raped....

Sorry to hear coreyhayman, definitly get in contact with the cab driver and file a complaint together. You have a third party witness so hopefully they will take your complaint more seriously. Hell, call up some newspapers and see if they would do a story on you

When the star did that huge article on racial profiling, there was a huge outcry within the community. Maybe something like that would help to change things? Then again, we have people who equate anyone with a loud exhaust as a street racer, so it probably wouldn't go over with the public the same way racial profiling did.

the public hates us cause of all the rice boys who think there fart cans sound cool at 1am in residental areas... plus all the ultra cool street racers who aren't really racers but do it anyways cause they look cool... then loose control of there car (cause they aren't actually racers) and kill someone.... then that accident gets on every paper and everyone thinks thats all civic drivers do.... just race around and kill people.... which obviously isn't true but most people live with closed and listen to whatever the great media says.... i'll be happy in 4 or 5 years when civics are uncool

heh heh heh that is messed should have called 911 when he was takign yoru car to get multiple cruisers there to stop what was happening..yada yada....last night after I was out there were 2 mint little rich girsl proboly liek 17-18 pulled over in there celica (gt...gay!) I was like hey ladies tuff luck eh....they looked liek their lives were over it was funny...first timers I guess...

yeha this was two days ago and im still flippin about it...i got my car back and my rear bumper is damamged a bit and i noticed my muffler is all scratched to **** for some reason, ******* punk pigz, im gettin in touch with one of my moms friends from work, shes a lawyer and were def gonan do something about this, its insane....were judged by the cars we drive when it shouldnt b like thatat all

the funny **** was, he was searching my car lookin for **** and i closed my door and i got no handles and the moron kept grabbing for them for like a minute, i didnt say nothing sjut thought ur an idiot, then i said' whats wrong cant get in' and smirked...lol

so lets all get mad at the cops now further try to distrance ourselves.... this is a matter for the courts to resolve for this guy.
personally I want to see exact DB laws and rules come into place nothing should be officers discrestion.
so do you need help fighting these tickets? I'm willing to help get you prepared for you day in court (like doing research and prepping your case)
right now with todays laws the cop did have the right to issue himtickets for the stuff he had on the car. is that fair? HELL NO! however it's not fair because the law is not fair... not because the cop was being a *****.
should the cop have chased the drunk guy? personally I don't think so. here's why:
he had you over at the side of the street and was going to nail you for the stuff he had. if he believed your drunk guy story (I'm not saying your lieing but I am saying it's just your word and the cabbie's) then he takes off after this drunk guy what happens? you go free.... it was a snap decision on his part to just stay with the fish he had in his frying pan. I mean if you go out fishing and catch a 20 lb fish that you can eat do you throw it back hoping for the 40 lb fish? and what if you can't eat that 40 LB fish..... say the dude does catch this guy only to discover he's an idiot not a drunk ... well he could give tickets for the traffic violations he's seen personally but that big fish that was on his frying pan (you) has gotten away.

While I understand your frustration with cops and there "judging" of Civic owners, what I find worse is many of the peoples attitudes towards cops.
While you feel like you're targeted(quite possibly true) the attitude of "kill all the Fookin pigs" really turns my stomach.
I'll admit when I was young I had 2 incidents of "cop against kid", and I understand how it affects you BUT they have a job that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy SHOW THEM SOME RESPECT!

and i disagree with a lot of u......it'z not right to call cops pigs etc. . . for the sole reason of.....if you were getting shot at one day, and they respond to one of ur call....of a shooting or something.....who'z gonna step in....risk there life....and try and save ur ***?.......the cop will..........secondly like i said before....u have no clue what kinda problems that cop went through during the course of his shift.....and as for the laws..haha yah laws are pretty F'd up.......and cops shouldn't be able to interprete them at all....because there not in the right mind state at the time of an incident half the time to judge things properly. . .because of how there day might be going
