H22 Swap Into a EG...
 

hey guys

i have a B16A2 SiR in my EG rite now

thinking of getting a H22 swap.

does any1 know the pros and cons of doing this swap?


or does any1 have the swap done and incounter any problems with it...just wondering if its worth it.

I would just turbo the b16 instead.

most burn oil like mad
need to invest $$$ to upgrade suspension/brakes

depends what your looking for in your car, if you want it to go fast straight line
Its a good good invesment and amazing motor to go straight in
Very cheap and if you blow one there easy to find and once installed directly replaced

Heavy wise they aren't all that heavier then b-seires

you will need to cut your chasis for the shift linkage to fit
So if you don't get a box made y ou'll have air pouring into the car

y dun you go for b18c5?

cause that a huge price jump

H22 is cheaper than b18c5!?!damn

H22's are common and not much more than B16's....

i would have loved to do an h22 swap in my ek before i decided to turbo the b18b just to see the power it makes for like no dollars...=D
