I hate being a noob! ek Jdm cluster and climate control, s2k steering wheel(with airbag). $750 shipping included? too good to be tru?

If its a Civic Type-R Cluster normally ranges from $300-$380
Climate control from CTR 99-00 - $300
or 96-98 - $150-250

S2k steering wheel - $200

I would say is a good deal
