I am looking at buying a 98 CIVIC HATCH 5MT with the upgrades listed below. Car only has 60 000 km's

The current driver and single owner of the car is asking for $5000.

I would like know whether this deal is worth it. Can you please help? Comments?

10 High end Alpine sound system with sub.

Car needs front brakes done, e-test, and windshield replacement.
