i plan on going into my own insurance policy seperate from my parents and just wanted to get some info on insurance and random stuff

kk so i wanted to know about liability what exactly does it cover and should i be covered for 2 million or stick with 1 million

i also wanted to know if id have to pay extra for this feature.. okay lets say i get into an accident or am involved in an accident would a rental car be provided and insured free of charge or would the rental car and insurance be coming out of my pocket?

right now i also use kanetix.ca for quotes but i was told TD is a good place to go i just wanted to know how id go about getting a quote from the

kk does anyone here own a v8 or a 4.6L? if so how much is a full tank on 91 octane or how many gallons are regularly in a v8 car? (i know its a very generic question but im trying to figure out some info on a mustang and the toronto mustang club sucks)

depends on your policy but most will provide you with a rental car

Liability is a must. It's against the law to drive a car without at least liability coverage on it. You have no choice there except whether you want 1 mill or 2 mill.

My car has the Mustang Mach 1 motor and I run it on 94 octane.. put around $60-65 bucks in at a time and get around 450-500km depending on how I drive.

also, depending on if this is going to be a second car you own, you could always make it a "pleasure vehicle"..

TD will not compensate you if they find out there are mods on your car. Even a lowered car is not acceptable. With a B20 Ek, they will probably not insure you.

You should check out insurancehotline.com...they give the cheapest rates in ontario, plus you can mess around with different scenarios (1 mill liability or 2 mill etc.) and see how it will affect your rate.

My pressure plate was damaged to begin with so i got a lighter one and I had to machine myflywheel because it got damaged I put in a b18b tranny in it and u can notice your mileage increasing roughly coated me 1150 installed

btw I don't want to insure the civic I'm planning on getting an 05 stang Gt and I got 400 for full coverage (pretty good cuz ik paying 350 forjust liability on my civic)


Also let's say I'm in an accident and I kill some one does liability mean I'm covered for a million if I'm sued for 2million ( I never killed anyone so I don't know how much it is)

It's only one vehicle and I'm going to stor it from like November to march can It still be considered a pleasure vehicle?

Btw what do u drive and what are the statsofthe mustang Mach 1 motor (early stages of research sorry)

I'm not sure if you can have it insured as a pleasure vehicle if its the only car on the insurance..

Its a 2003 Mercury Marauder, 4.6 DOHC, 302hp.. weighs a little more then a mustang.. lol

Ya I think the new one is rated at 300 hp 315 ft/lb but don't know how much is at the wheels
