most major companies have a policy that covers things like this. We had a couple of people from Walmart come to my shop because of this and Walmart paid for the claim.
back when i worked at food basics, we had a couple people have there car hit too by carts, the store got it fixed for em.

easy. all you have to do is call a rep and have them bring the supervisor or manager on that shift and show them. this will be proof that it happened then they will give you head office number for claims department you call them and they will verify with the manager and then pay you the damage within reason.

so if a bumper has a scratch and you come with a 2500 dollar repair bill they will ***** slap you.
