i was just thinking about this when walking out of the fortinos just an hour ago after some grocery shopping....i saw a man who simply pushed his cart after use into the parking spot behind me and drove......luckily it stayed there and i moved it into where it belonged.

usually there are cart parking sections all over....people are stupid and too lazy

it might could've been the wind as well, sometimes i see some people half-kind-enough to put a cart on the side away from the lot, but the wind blow it hard enough back onto the road and hit some cars.

btw, even if you caught the person on camera, it might not do anything to help unless you're gonna go beat that person up...

lastly, sorry to hear that, i get really **** as i've had many experience like that before. i never park in the lot near a cart station or close to the store, its never a smart idea

lol. I just noticed my title says "shipping" carts.. lol. that should be shopping carts.

what sucks about it is that most of the time I have to park close to the store since Im handi-capped. the odd time I do park far away beside no one. I end up with a car parked so close you have a hard time gettin in your door.

and the dents just go with the rest on the car, but still pisses you off when it happens.

that sucks mark! I was at home depot a couple days ago and there were carts everywhere and one was up against the front bumper/hood of a white EG.. I'm glad that wasn't my car but I wasn't too impressed either since I know they hire people to go around and collect the carts up..

That sucks dude, samething sort've happened to me.

Lucky that it was a "****** out" impact though , no scratches, it just "bent" a lot (when we opened the door it was stuck), but a bit of bending and its not noticeable at all thank god.

Although, on another incident, some woman's SUV door took off my entire left mirror... they left a fake number! That day was windy and I decided after the shopping cart incident to "park FAR". That is what happened .

you should've remained on the scene and called a represenative.
most major companies have a policy that covers things like this. We had a couple of people from Walmart come to my shop because of this and Walmart paid for the claim.

^^jay is too much of an idealist sometimes...haha...but its unbelieveable that WM paid a penny for such a thing. usually...most parking lot signs say....park at your own risk.
