Oh great...it's one of these threads. I can see this getting out of hand. Wait a minute, it's already gone to the dogs. Each person on this board is going to say that the generation that they drive is the best so, it's a loose loose situation if you're looking for an honest answer. If you're looking for a civic and are unsure of which generation to get, my advise would be is to collect all the data of the pros of each car from those driving them and you, yourself, weight it out in your perspective. By asking us, you're just going to get answers that favour each person's own generation of civic. For example, my answer would be 6th gen four doors because I drive one.

p.s. No, really, the 6th gen four door really is the best...I mean it. I'm not kiddin.

Before I got my 5th gen coupe.
They were the only style I really liked.

But after being on this site and seeing some of the 6th gens.
I really like them now.

Not more then my car.
But quite abit if not the same.

"Buddah": I already have a 2003 Civic Coupe 5m which I like alot, but I wanted to see which model is the most popular amongst this group of people. And also I wanted to see what features they liked about each particular model. And it should be obvious which model people will choose =) The real speciality is why they like it so much! =D

I like the 1973 Civic 1st Gen Babe it is a damn nice car for the time. But I love my 5th gen it is my 2nd one, everyone has there style.

4th gen. for performance and sports driving.
lightest chassis, double wishbone, swap a b18c4/5, and it's the ultimate fwd car.

but to pimp around, the 4dr ferio, 'ek' sedan 96-00 gets my vote.
preferably the 99-00 though.

ugliest civics would have to be civic coupes any gen.

6th Gen sedans no contest... i prefer my 96-98's... but 99-00 are hawt too, oh coupes are good too...

it's a toss up for me between eg and ek, I love my eg sedan though, smoothest body styling I think... what I like more about my eg than the ek is the slim headlights less fryingpan like

8th gen is most definetely gonna be the best Civic ever but I gotta say I love my 5th gen Sedan, I'm never selling it... My 7th gen Sedan (EL Premium) can't touch it.

that is tied with the 99/00 civic coupe...i honestly think that civic is the best looking...i've never driven one but it jsut looks sweet
