*ahem* I hate to tell you guys, but it may not necessarily get cheaper with all the tension between the US and Iraq and possibly the outbreak of a war

*waits for gas prices to drop so that I can fill up my tank*
I have just enough gas to get home tonight from work, then I won't go anywhere until prices are lower
Awww, who am I kidding?? I will fill up tonight so that I can go out driving tonight.
No work/school tomorrow

It's not just the US/Iraq war, there is also the oil strike overseas which is affecting the price per barrel. I think we should get used to the price as it stands.!

75.9 wasn't the worst I've seen this year, just this past summer it was at 80. Sucks to drive an SUV or truck right now.

They said on the news today that if the strike in Venezuela doesn't get settled, look for the prices to jump to 80 cents starting the new year.

Looks like things are only going to get worse. I heard on the news they expect gas prices to rise by another 15 to 20 cents a litre by mid January. That would make prices 85 to 90 cents a litre.
