just curious to see what other civic drivers get out of a tank of gas. with the recent jump in gas prices, i started to calulate how many km's i get per tank.

i got around 420km from a full tank (i suppose 35L), 60%city 40%hwy

i get 250 miles, which is near 400 km i think, and thats on $20.00 USD per tank, with 9 gallons i believe

I get about 400 km on about 35 litres of gas(not a full tank of gas). Mostly 50% city, and 50% highway.

i've been doing some data collecting too been averaging 12.83 kms on 1 litre of gasoline and since my tank is 45L i can squeeze 577 kms on one tank of gas. this is mostly city driving too. with the gas prices these days i'm glad i've babied my car since new to get this kind of gas mileage.

I brok 600 once or twice when I was working up north last summer. I'd have a 1 hr drive to and from work on 80 km/hr highways in fifth gear...I only did it a couple times because up there the stations are ****** out and you don't want to be caught with the light on in the middle of nowhere. Now that I'm working in the city doing mixed hwy/city driving its about 450 a tank. Thats without getting the light to come on. I always get over 400 no prob. 500 if i push it.

How big is an EK gas tank? 40L? I used to think it was 35 but I've put more gas than that in before...
