BLACK EMERALD

I notice gas was going up so I decided to fill up at the Canadian Tire gas bar near my place. After filling I had notice that my gage had only went up a quater tank.
It took about 30min to actually read fill. I called Honda and they have had no issue with this.
The car is a 2002 automatic.
Has anybody seen this before with this model year?
I'm going into honda tomorrow and If I could go in with some kind of info on what could be causeing this problem it would be much appreciated.

Question do you think it may be the cold weather.
