Just like the topic syas, i want to paint my rear tails all red, i know it's ok to do the turn signal red but how about the reverse light??

yup look at the earlier odysee(sp?) current gen, but earlier. They had all the tails red cept reverse

Well the newer Jettas have all red tails but the reverse lights up white/clear.
The reverse light must emit white light.

Not to flame, but this is one of the dummest questions I've seen in a while.

Here is my input:

Use common sense yo.

1. When you see blue lights on a vehicle, it means cop/gov't/special purpose vehicle

2. When you see red/amber it means turning/parking.

3. When you see white (clear) IT MEANS REVERSE YO.

For the rice boys out there with Blue or clear turn signals/parking lights, THIS IS THE REASON WHY YOU ARE GETTING THOSE STUPID TICKETS.

yeah... I also have white signals in the front and have never ever been pulled over or ticketed for it, not even a mention from a cop. I was just to lazy to go buy amber bulbs when I got my clear corners
