weird i was driving down the 403 like 30 minutes ago and i saw an EK coupe with black front and rear bumpers... front wastn' bad.. rear looked like ***

That photo of the hatch with the front bumper is also found on all other JDM 96-98 civics no matter the denomination.
that photo is a pic of a jdm SIR....i believe 96-98 CTR's in Japan don't have bumper moldings and the lip is different too

That wheels on the Midori hatch is Rays CE28N I believe, or the previous CE28N which is NRS model.

As for plat black front bumper, why not? Do a nice paint job on it, though. Painted flat black is different from unpainted bumper from factory. Mod your car the way you like.

the ONLY advantage to having a 96-98 sedan v.s a 99-00 , the bumper mouldings....
