fookin' banks..

TD Canada Trust..

NEVER EVER again will i use these ******* morons..
firstly, the ******** insist they've been sending me statements, when i haven't seen one for the last year..
then the ******** start callin' me looking for a charge on nsf fees..(which i'd changed the payment info thru my PREVIOUS insurance company (another PRIOR company i've dismissed)(**** co-op too, another bunch of **** sucking **** gobblers))

so, i go and make arrangements to pay their shyt that i've not heard about until i started getting calls about it..i'll pay them before the end of the second week of November..

so lo and behold i go in to pay it today..******* pieces of shyt sent it to collections!! sorry, nothing we can do about it now..
so now i'll end up owing another 50-100 for the stoopid CA to chase my ***..

inept CS'ers..fooking liars too...(yes sir, we've been sending you statements all along.....weird how the "service package" that i have with them doesn't include that that's how i know they're a bunch of lying sacks of shyt..)

it's not the arm, leg and left ******** that they earn off of me that pisses me off, it's their inability to accept responsibility for being brain dead farts!!

**** 'em!!

there goes my sense of humour bruno..

Another person wronged by TD Canada Trust! It's funny, my g/f and two other friends have been screwed over by TD Canada Trust and now you. I've been using them since I got "My First Account" when I was like 6 years old and never had a problem with them.

Lucky I guess! (Now watch, tomorrow when I go to take out money, they won't let me! lol)

PC is run through the main parent bank , CIBC, its just cheaper because PC doesnt have that much of an overhead. THey operate mainly through their kiosks in LOblaws stores and internet/phone

almost $100 in b.s. bank fees per month... I don't care who the parent is. also, got better things to do than wait in a line full of senior citizens talking about the weather, etc with the tellers. However, I give em credit for keeping those tellers employed.

PC Financial for 5 years now. Noo problems. Even helped me out when I needed it. Really nice CS. But they said it was the last time they were gonna let it go, last time(twice they've said this but I'm not gonna push my luck any further). HAHAHAH.

Only problem is, they are a financial institute. NOT a bank, so you won't be able to exchange currency, get money orders, etc, etc like a real bank would.

Plus their rates are very competetive. Otherwise, I'd go with RBC, because I have a few friends to hook me up there. Like Cosmic can for ya.

(spoking good engrish am I)

Sorry to hear about your trouble... I had the same thing at scotia... EXACTLY the same thing. One day I went to the machine to take out money, but the machine took my card. So I went to the branch, and they told me I was in like -$30 for NSF fees, and that they wrote the debt off I was like - how long's this been going on?? Anyways, I was happy - I didn't have to pay the *********** $30 back I was about the close that acc't anyways cuz my mortgage is with BMO, and my chequing acc't is with TD cuz I used to work there - so I got everything there for free - even US money orders and stuff

All banks do is rip us off. u pay them for using there services and use your money to make money with. they then in return invest there money into there credit cards where they charge u 18% interest. nice to know the interest i make for lending my money is only a crumby 3% wheres the rest of my 15% there making the profit from. in the end banks are just like a business there here to make money and thats about it.

Huh?

Banks are actually a business and they are out to make money. Did you think they should be providing you a service for free?

Anyhow, back on topic, I have also had similar problems with TD Canada Trust. I had an overdraft account with them a few years back which I stopped using when I got a job and obviously a new account with a different bank (National Bank of Canada). Since I stopped using that account, they changed the account over to a statement account, but somehow neglected to send me any statements. Anyhow, with the little money that was in this account, the balance eventually went negative, although I never received anything advising. One day I got a call from them, advising that if I did not pay the amount I owed, it would be sent to a collection agency. Well right away that same day I went to a local branch to pay the amount I owed (about $40 ) and over course since the account had been closed the teller's had no idea where to apply my money to, so I spent a good half an hour while they all tried to figure it out. All in all, the situation was partly my fault for forgetting about the account, but I still think TD could have done a better job of informing of the problem earlier, or at least sending me bank statements.

Oh well, all my banking is still with National Bank, even though I stopped working there about 4 years ago after I graduated from college, I just wish I still had my old staff account privledges.
