first car was a 5-speed 98 cavalier [i HATE domestics, but the price was right].
had no prior experience driving standard, but i knew how to drive stick in theory. pulled out of the driveway, on my way to the mall or something like that, and stalled in one of Whitby's busiest intersections [Brock & Taunton]. lights turned twice while i was sitting in the middle trying to get it started again. then peeled out of it because i didn't want to risk another embarassing stall.

Some awesome stories.

Remember when I got my g2, called my mum right away saying call insurance and add me to the policy. Once I got home, my brother let me take his 4dr EG, picked up all my buddies, went cruising around town, spent most of the night at a local tims.

When I bought my first car, which was a 93 Si coupe, rushed home, almost got into an accident because of my stupidity and speeding. Took hub caps off, put in subs/speakers/intake/deck and few more goodies my brother left me from his civic, met up with my buddies and chilled at tims most of the night talking about performance upgrades not knowing wtf I was talking about. Thinking back, it was fun...silly non the less. Same night, 3am drove down to wasaga beach, had a coffee and a smoke and cruised back. Lol

Well in ireland you cant get a lisence/ drive until your 17. I had a car when i was 16, didnt drive it, sold it and bought a faster car ha. Then on my 17th birthday i went in and got my lisence, flew home, got insurance and started just driving everywhere for no reason haha. I felt so great because i was able to drive to work and stuff.

I think i was the first person that was able to drive into school that year aswell. I felt so god damn cool

Haha driving to school...miss those days. Load up as many people as you can and drive to McDonalds, then come back and everybody was jealous. Plus doing laps around school blasting music while others were on their feet. Great times.

How can you possibly blame her for the ticket? If you drove responsibly you would have never been pulled over. Besides, it’s the risk you pay for driving a friend’s car, maybe you're the ‘dump bitch’ (no pun intended, just mocking you) that should have check to make sure it was in the car before you drove it? Not everyone keeps ownership and insurance slips in their car, some people keep it in wallets and/or purses.

Just saying, tickets are 100% your fault, you can’t put the blame on someone else

First thing I did with my G2, took my mom's 95 lumina van out and roasted the tires and layed some rubber! (oh yes, it would do it, no problem) lol

There's a reason young guys pay so much more insurance then girls...

uhm.. driving without insurance and/or ownership is illegal, hence why they give tickets out for it.
i thought that a girl a year older than me at the time would have the common sense to take always keep in the car at all times... i dunno just a thought... it's something i do, thought i was normal.. guess not... =\
anyways i didn't post on this for an argument.. simply telling my story.
btw; either way if she couldn't find it she should have printed a new one out ASAP.. cant hurt to have 2 copies. so yeah....not my fault. could have been simply taken care of but girl was a hopeless case and didn't deal with it.

^^Haha, yes, very true!

My buddies gf has been pulled over MANY times, and usually gets away with just a warning. One time she was pulled over and had no proof of insurance, no licence, expired plates and was speeding....guess what? NO TICKETS!!! NOTHING!!!! Gave her a "warning"...tsk tsk
