B, its cuz of the resolution of your computer. Ive got the same problem.
In addition, I think the size of the option banner has something to do with it as well. Duy had mentioned that somewhere.

Hey Bruno it's been a long time

The smiles cutting off is an IE problem. Use firefox, it's better

As mentioned the width problem will be fixed soon as Option sends in their new banner.
