the car is dropped on the koni rsk kit. its lowered 1.75 in the front and 1.5 in the rear but give it some time cuz it still looks so damn high. it will probably get lower as it settles because it's only been dropped for 2 weeks. i've only had this car for 5 months but i love every bit of it, except the quarter panels. it's in need of a new paint job and maybe new rims and tires! don't mind the blue interior, that's all coming out real soon and getting replaced by black interior. next mod is sway bars and brake upgrade. then i'll decide wheither to save up for paint job or swap. any comments will be greatly appreciated!

imported_SaYjAiBaO 12-Jun-2005 04:17 PM

thanks guys, does anyone know where you can buy some red and clear tails? these all red tails are kind of growing old on me and red and clear on a white car is looking better for me atm.

bbarbulo 12-Jun-2005 05:19 PM

ok in terms of smart investments, I recommend upgrading the brakes, sway bars and getting the body work done this year. that will give you a decent platform to work with next year in terms of swap options. red/clear tails can be had real cheap on eGay, but beware cuz the fitments sucks on all of them.

2 Finger gap...way too high bro! :p

looks nice

screw ebay. go to www.autodynamic.com. their prices and service are great.

this site was recommended by civicdude to me. they send everything by USPS - United States Postal Service so you don't get dinged by brokerage fees. you can tell them to declare the value of your goods under US$20 to avoid paying duty too.

imported_SaYjAiBaO 12-Jun-2005 08:03 PM

body work is gunna cost me. do you think the left quarter panel has to be cut out? i kinda poked out small chunks as you guys can see. the right side is fine, nice and strong unlike the left side. and this is as low as i'm going to go! when my car was lowered 1.25 i scraped my front lip at the entrance to my building! i have to be so careful entering the entrance now and sometimes thats not possible with the crazy traffic because i live on a main street. and Si98, how are the fitment on those? im getting tired of my LS mesh. i'm probably going to repaint them and sell them so i can buy some 16s rota grids in black.

btw: is it just me or do all the red and clear tails have a cut off where the turn signals are.

Tego 12-Jun-2005 08:41 PM

PM me with a price you're looking to get for your rims.

imported_SaYjAiBaO 12-Jun-2005 08:42 PM

lol it won't be any time soon because i have to put my money towards other things atm. i'll be sure to let you know though.

Si98 12-Jun-2005 09:12 PM

Si98, how are the fitment on those?
i really don't know. best thing to do is call them up tomorrow and ask. i don't think they are in business to sell parts that don't fit well.

The fitment on mine isn't too bad, but definitely it does not fit like OEM. A little gap between the 2 pieces.

loooks alright
