Exclamation Fender Bender

I just had washed my car and i went out for a little drive to show it off to the world i pulled up into a Dominions parking lot and i went to find a parking spot.. i stopped at the intersection in the parkinglot to make a left and there i see an old man reversing... i kept my eye close on him and i saw that he isnt going to stop.. i had no time to kick it into reverse and i couldnt go forward to get away because cars were coming so i just honked and he still didnt stop.. and BOOM.. the *** hit me on the link where the bumper and front fender meet... the front fender poped out a tad and the bumper is pushed in a bit.. i get out and we exchange info but the guy doesnt want to go through insurance.. he said he would pay for it all.. and he resisted giving me his insurance # but i have everything else.. even his plate #

iam still pissed about this because now i have to spend my days looking for a damn good body shop to get this fixed..

if this guy doesnt pay up can i **** him over?

P.S. i went to the cops station and explained my situation.. they said basically get ur car fixed.. and tell is if hes being a ***** and not keeping his word on paying the repair they would handle it.. but i dono if these cops are bullshitting me

help me out ppl..

Get a couple of quotes and contact him. That's what I would do. Make sure that the quotes are from shops that you know do a good job. Then if he decides that he will fix it @ a shop of his choice, make sure that you are 100% satisfied in their service. We've all heard too many horror stories in the last little while.

Can't believe how ppl drive these days. On Monday I went to Humber to pay the tuition and parking. When I was leaving a guy was looking for a spot to park, not having much luck he decides to put it into reverse not knowing that there's Caravan behind him. The rest I'm sure you can guess. Then @ work today, some woman tried to park her big *** Intrepid and plowed it right into the car beside her. Like WTF is wrong with these ppl.

I'm really starting to believe that these days. Just the other night on the way home from work I witnessed a pretty bad accident. The woman driving in front of me must have dazed off or was really not paying attention because she rear ended stopped traffic at about 60 km/h without even touching her brakes.

yah everything is basically solved.. the quote came up to 350 $ because the dent is soo small they can easy repair it without replacing the fender and the bumper is fine.. hes giving me a cheque for that price today..

yah i agree the drivers these days are pathetic.. they are careless and lazy..
