after a car is 15 years old it gets a few "breaks" in the restrictions on it cuz its considered an antique or something

I don't think EVO will EVER make it to Canada. Reason being is it doesn't pass emissions AND the car's bumpers don't pass the 8 km/h impact test because the intercooler is too far front or something.
