Events suggestions
 

I know we've had this thread before, but with the transition to the new board and the fact summer will be coming up soon we need to have another one.

These are some of the suggestions that we've had so far and will most likely happen:

TCC and CCQ meet
Summer BBQ
Dyno Day
Trip to Honda plant
Track Days

If we can get a jump start on exactly what events we'll have this season, then it'll be much easier for SiRJ and the rest of the admin staff to organize these outings.

So if you have a suggestion, post it up.

c'mon everyone we need your input :)

I like summer BBQ :) But I won't be here from early May until July :(

i'm really interested in the Honda Plant one. Anybody know where I can begin to look to get info?

Summer BBQ can held with the other car clubs..

I think QCC will be coming in June for Dark Nights..

any of these ideas sound good.

also, here's another one simliar to the track day. but kinda like an install fest, where we do one or more things... (like making el cheapo custom grilles, color matching side skirts etc)

i made that trip once before and got so lost looking for it i ended up in a town with one gas station and the guy had 3 teeth and he said i had to go even more north, I was like WTF.

BBQ ill bring myself oops i mean the hot dogs and buns

I think we should try some sporting event.. I know the hockey thing totally flopped, but in the nice weather I think more people will come out. I'm always up for a good game of hockey!

yea, go karting!!! that's fun. i've been to the one in Centennial Park. 2km i think. and outdoors!

Go Karting was fun indeed, but I was sick after that cause of all the toxic fumes :(
