a slow POS is good enough for fun time a the track. but how much fun you wanna have? Sir or integ front/rear sways are allways a fun addition. seats help make a long day at the track better (if you mean road cousre). If you do the work yourself then a lightend flywheels is nice but pricey if you pay someone else. less of course you happen to need a clutch anyway

Power isn't everything.

Power to weight is more important.

Just go out, hit the track, and have fun.

well, I've seen them commonly done on EK hatches. But for coupes, you're gonna have to get a custom Monkey Bar half cage put in. You might need a little cutting and welding done to make a proper half cage. Talk to Defcon Racing.

Taking your car to the track is going to take a huge chunk of life from your motor. Make sure it's in good working condition. Check for leaks, and top it of with fluids. A rear sway bar is a plus.

Just top off your fluids and check your timing belt..you don't want to get towed back home
Corky Bell in his book Maximum Boost, wrote that one race mile is equivalent to the wear and tear of 1000 street miles.
That was the point I was trying to get across.
