Lightbulb Driew

Heres the story:

Found car on auto trader.
liked car
went to see car
car looked good
asked if car came cert and etest
car doesnt come cert etest
mechanic is in woodbridge
car in pickering
car doesnt have insurance
i want car
maybe i keep looking for car?

I would buy a car that's not cert.

ya if it's not cert, don't go for it, tell him you'll pay for the cert inspection fee if you really like it as long as he gets it done.... otherwise you could be looking at alot more money to get it fixed
