Dont mind the mess...interior work*pic*

Like I said....Dont mind the mess as I never cleaned up yet. Anyways this is a new pic of my interior. I recently hooked up the boost controller under the VAFC. Also wired up a switch to turn off the lights to the 2 gauges above the stereo, when you gotta hide that sh*t just flip the switch. That is it for now....just gotta clean it up.

One is the wiring harness for the unit in engine bay, other is vaccum source for the boost controller. I just need to loop them throught the firewall.

I'm just cleaning up the mess of wiring that I've added over the years under my dash.

The install looks great ceemon, nicely hidden VAFC and boost controller. I'm trying to cut back on my instrumentation too, but there are things that I just NEED.

Also, I know you're all about the low budget parts... so consider the DIY WB O2. If you wanna link PM me and I'll look it up.

How is that hidden exactly? Both are in plain view all you would have to do is look in through the window.

well hmmm.... maybe instead of bolting them on the dash he tried to blend them in to be "less" noticeable

It won't be as noticable all the way down there....what thief would look near the shifter? Unless he's one of the thieves that know their stuff. Most thieves check the stereo console.

At night you really cant see the 2 gauges on top if the lights are off. The gauges below are kinda outta view to someone at the window ...ie a cop. Other than answer questions about the gauges i can just drive away as my car looks near stock.

What I would consider stealth would be in the glove box or in an a hidden compartment or something along those lines. Its a nice job just not what I would consider stealth, low key would be a better word for it.

Trust me...if you get in my car, you dont notice these things for acouple seconds. The VAFC is blended in alot better than you think. That picture was taken from head at seat level.
But thanks for all the comments.

In my EG I had my VAFC down there too -- once you flip the cup holder open...voila...it was gone.
