As some of you may know, I lost my grandmother on July 9th of last year, after a long, difficult 8-year battle with Alzheimer's Disease. I'll be walking for her as well as anyone else who's been affected by this disease. Those diagnosed, those who have passed on, family, friends & caregivers.
